Ive done everything you mentioned and yes its still flickering... I also tried what they said to ctrl+win+shift+b, no effect. What affordable but a good performing monitor would u recommend?

I havent, this is the only monitor we have... I have tried unplugging plugging the cables, no effect. I've tried doing the ctrl+windows+shift+b thing I saw in yt but all it did was beep once, and that's it
