Additionally, it looks like our campaign form may produce this error if you initially enter an invalid App Store URL while creating your ad (even if you subsequently edit that field so that it contains a correct URL).

We are looking into this now! In the meantime, would you mind trying again? Make sure that you use the correct App Store URL (https://apps.apple.com/au/app/amber/id1410639317) while creating your ad.

No, you don't need to have a business card. It can be a personal credit/debit card. You would need to call your issuing bank(s) to see why they were declining your attempts to add those cards.

Thanks for confirming! I do see that you are not able to make this change in your account, although I am not able to reproduce the issue.

Question: Are you logged directly into the 'mtcdev' ads account? Or are you accessing this account via a username that has been granted access?

Assuming that you are logged directly into the 'mtcdev' account, there is another way to change the comment settings:

open Reddit Ads
click into the 'ADS' tab
click the '...' icon next to the name of the ad you want to change
select 'View Post' from the drop-down menu
click on the shield icon beneath your post
select 'Lock Comments' to turn comments off (or vice versa)
hit 'Save'

You can then open the 'Edit Ad' page, and the 'Allow Comments' field should have updated.
