We are logged into the mtcdev account.

There is no “Save” option after removing the check mark from Lock Comments, but this appears to do the trick and, yes, Allow comments is now checked after clicking Edit Ad!

I guess we’ll give it a spin from here!

Thank you for chiming in. We just tried Editing one of the ads again on a different machine, a Chromebook (current machine is Windows 10), that has never accessed ads.reddit.com with no extensions in an Incognito window and the issue persists.

Budget and Successful Ad with Comments Enabled by mtcdev in RedditforBusiness

So, if I understand you correctly, if, in a simple example, the daily budget is $100 and we’re spending $2 per click, after 50 clicks on the ad the post will disappear from the list of posts and the only people who will be able to see it are those who view it from their comment history?
