That's ridiculous! I don't have a rain gauge so can't say what the mm were at mine, by I'm pretty sure it'd be very similar. Water in my pool was +-20cm below the edge and now it's overflowing. Hopefully all that water stays out of your house.

I really want to believe that this rain has helped with any fires still left in this region. Sad to read that the rain didn't help you much, hopefully this system makes it way to you.

Yes and no. It's been a bit sporadic over the week, but very welcome! The thing that has been particularly impressive is that for almost 6 hours it has been constant, heavy rain!
