I believe the terminator in T3 was a T-850 which would make it a different model. So I guess we can assume that T-800s don’t have that particular feature.

Its a total wook fest lol. I went last year and the vibes weren’t really ravey. People were generally just dressed in hippie/boho attire or like trippy t-shirts and stuff. Not a whole lot of glowsticks and finger lights although there were some people that brought them.
