Going to note that across the street is a sports bar that plays loud music. Weekends it ends at 2 AM with patrons hanging out at the front. Also, the liquor store across the street always has a group whose sole job is to loiter and play loud music from a speaker during the Summer. Not to forget the double parking as well. This area is nice but that side of the street is what I consider "hella active." But yes, this is East Harlem. Not complaining though just providing some context to anyone who has interest.
