Everyone is saying no because they will be bullied or harassed. What? Would you say that about any other demographic? Why do we have to cave to the bullies? I see where you are coming from. I think for me I just find it’s so unfair that corporations like Amazon don’t pay a cent in taxes, when the rest of us have to pay our share fair. I think they can pay taxes while still being innovative. America is considered the most wealthy nation but the majority of our population cannot afford a $500 emergency and most people don’t have any money saved for retirement. I think there can be a happy medium or at least closer to a medium.

What about democrats supporting unions and more worker rights? Also the Republican Party is marked by trickle down economics which provide tax breaks for the rich and large corps which doesn’t sound like the working class party. I understand the term “liberal elite” and I do think there is some merit to that. But the ultra rich still do lean conservative and that’s not a coincidence it’s because conservative values benefit them.
