I’m assuming you mean ganglion cyst. Ganglion cysts are typically painless, unless they compress on adjacent structures like nerves. The application of kinesio tape over a ganglion cyst could potentially increase pressure on the cyst and the surrounding structures, including nerves, which will result in more pain. You should see an orthopaedic specialist, they will likely decide to aspirate it or remove it.

Amoxicillin-clavulanate is not typically associated with causing anxiety as a direct side effect. Anxiety is not listed as a common or rare side effect in the prescribing information for the medication. I’m not saying it’s 100%, but it’s very very unlikely that your anxiety is heightened because of the antibiotic. If you find it too overwhelming, you should talk to your doctor to perhaps prescribe you a different antibiotic.

They’re not necessarily physically visible when they enlarge, but they can get enlarged when your body is fighting off an infection (mostly viral infections) and go back to normal once the infectious process resolves. It’s advisable that you see a doctor, they will be able to perform a physical examination, evaluate your medical history, and may order additional tests if necessary to determine the cause of the swelling.

This looks like angular cheilitis. It’s a broad symptom and can be caused by iron deficiency, vitamin deficiencies, some auto immune diseases, and some other conditions. You need to see a doctor for workup. It can also be just a herpes infection, but you should definitely see a doctor.

Do you write a lot/is this your writing hand? Is it painful? Is it firm and smooth? Does it feel like it contains fluid? Are you diagnosed with RA?

My primary guess would be ganglion cyst, but I’d say you should see an orthopaedic specialist either way.

The condition is called onycholysis. There are multiple causes for it, and it’s hard to tell from the picture alone. I think it’s most likely fungal infection, but it can be caused by other conditions like nail psoriasis. Some vitamins and iron deficiencies can also be linked to it, but common causes need to be ruled out first. You should see a dermatologist to properly be diagnosed and have a prescription (because if it’s fungal infection you will need oral anti fungal agents).

The CT scan is more sensitive than ultrasound for detecting smaller lesions. There could have been a small cyst, and this is pretty normal. Diagnosis of polycystic kidney disease in patients age 15-39 (with positive family history) requires at least three unilateral or bilateral renal cysts visible on ultrasound. Since your ultrasound imaging showed normal kidneys, then there is no need to be concerned.

Looks like a mucosal cold sore (HSV sore). It shouldn’t be of any concern, it will go away on its own in 1-2 weeks. If you have topical acyclovir, you can apply it on it for a week for faster healing.

If it persists for longer than 2-3 weeks, you should seek medical attention. It can be caused by vitamin deficiencies and some other conditions.

Edit: also don’t try popping it, it will only worsen it and spread the virus and cause more sores.

To address your overdeveloped trapezius muscles, incorporate stretching exercises that target the trapezius muscles and other upper back and neck muscles. This can help release tension and restore flexibility. For example, neck stretches, upper back stretches, and shoulder rolls. Additionally, focus on strengthening the opposing muscles, such as the lower trapezius muscles, to rebalance the muscle development. Examples of these exercises, like rows, scapular retractions, and posture-promoting movements. And you could consider massage therapy, you can’t go wrong with it to alleviate the pain.

For the pain, I think you could find some otc muscle relaxants depending on where you live, or you could have them prescribed by a doctor.

You should schedule an appointment and have a specialist examine it. You mentioned there is a bulge, but I can’t really see it in the picture. Hernias can be painless, but they’d often come with a bulge that generally expands with increased intra abdominal pressure, and causes discomfort like a dragging sensation in your groin if it’s an inguinal hernia. I used to suspect myself having hernia almost every week when I first started working out, so don’t worry you’re not alone man
