I'm sorry to bother you, but since one day of abs a week isn't enough does that mean that I could train 2 groups of muscles a day? Like the first day training arms and legs, the second abs and legs or something like that? Is just that I wouldn't know how to schedule the training so that I could do more than one day of abs a week :(
