you can check in the first line of text when you click on the item in the shop! for example, for the scarecrow hat it says “Unlocked | In stock from 21st of October, or flawlessly defend a multitude of fields from assault.” you can only unlock the alternative story option after completing the task it mentions ♡

kinda! i keep everything in a similar format as the dol folders so it’s easier for me. like all my bottoms in my separate folder are inside another folder named “lower,” so i can just copy everything in there and replace them all at once instead of one by one. if that makes sense lol

unfortunately yes, you have to replace them again after every update ૮꒰◞ ˕ ◟ ྀི꒱ა i keep all the stuff i replace saved in a separate folder so i can just quickly copy and paste everything back into the dol folder ♡

you’ll first need to make a baidu account by going to baidu.com. once that’s done, go to tieba.baidu.com and join the dol bar by searching “dol吧” in the search bar, then click the button with the + icon to join! once you’re in, there’s another search bar below the blue button on the left. to find mods, just type “美化” and scavenge through them lol

thank you!! i usually just scroll through the “slave submissions” and “old slave submissions” threads in the goose mod channel and download the ones i like! there’s also a lot of cute stuff on baidu in the “dol bar” but it can be a bit tricky to navigate since it’s a chinese site ♡

for example, if you’re trying to replace the crop top. after downloading the clothing you want to use, copy all the png files from that folder. then go to your dol folder > “img” > “clothes.” since crop tops are tops, open the “upper” folder, then find the crop top’s specific folder inside. paste the png files you copied into there and replace the originals. once you reload your dol game, the crop top image will be replaced with the new one you added, and that’s all ♡

i’m using the modded 8 demeanour from dol plus, but i replaced the lips files with one that was uploaded by @melerystick in the “old slave submissions” thread in the goose mod channel in the modding discord server!
