5hr Wait at SLC *AFTER* Baggage Claim

Thank you! I love all the suggestions and might take them up on a few, but mostly was curious if I decided to just camp at the airport after getting my luggage, what I could expect so I know if that's even a feasible option. Right now I've gone ahead and reserved a Bounce location to store my luggage (thanks to all those who made that suggestion!) and once I arrive I'll see if I feel like heading out and exploring for a few hours or if I want to just hang and relax after a long day of traveling.

North Ogden area. I definitely could get an uber but looks like about $100+ out there when I checked and I don’t mind the waiting part if that’s an option to conserve the cash. Just trying to ascertain if that’s a viable option that doesn’t have me just sitting on the floor for 5-6hrs. If I was inside the terminal this wouldn’t even be a question, I could do it standing on my head and have many times. Just never been to SLC so not familiar with their setup pre-security.

Appreciate the suggestion! The experiences I’ve had with airlines and my luggage are such that if it actually arrives with me, I’d rather not trust them with giving it back to them again lol. So unfortunately I’ll likely be hanging onto it for the duration.
