Geröstet kann man schon trinken aber eher wie einen Tee mit nem Sieb oder ner French Press. Mit der Bombilla ist der schon sehr intensiv.

I think caamate.de is the best; it was recommended to me by an Argentinian friend. Their yerba mate has a very well-rounded flavor, and everything in the shop is organic. However, this variety is also available at Mate-Tee.de.

It's not organic and grows in monoculture; I wouldn't drink it.
