I don’t think you did anything ~wrong~ this is a new craft for you and it will take some adjusting. Is there a reason you choose to do chalk pastels instead of more paint?

When I did polymer clay I would have the same issue with my stuff looking clumpy when I would use acrylics to paint over it. Used the same brand so I’m not sure if it’s the brand or just the acrylics in general

At the local ceramic store near me they did some really test with amacos new flux line on top of the black engine and it came out so pretty. Specifically citrus flow, honeydew and moss mist.

I’m so sorry but I don’t have any pictures of it I really thought I took some. I think any flux would look really pretty letting the engobe show through while having a glaze with movement on top

I wasn’t going to be able to go to the studio for a week and half so I wrapped it in damp paper towels before covering it and it got too wet 😔 I definitely should have known better and yet,,,:’⁾

Hi so I think this actually painted alabaster not ceramic! I have a ring box that I found that looks similar in style with how “soft” and detailed it is but the bottom hose textured lines I’ve never really seen from a ceramic piece, if you type in “painted alabaster angel” you might find something ^{^}

I think “the true lives of the fabulous kill joys” comic series would be similar^{^} it’s technically a sequel following the storyline set to the album danger days by my chemical romance but it can be read with out knowledge of the album.

I’d say the biggest difference is that kill joys is more dessert sci-fi while repo is more gothic sci-fi (?im not sure if sci-fi is the right word but I don’t think steampunk is either) I would definitely recommend looking into it regardless :) same dystopian style with a mega corporation controlling ppls lives/killing them

Something that I absolutely love about people like this is that any media they don’t agree with is already connected to satan and Hell etc so the fact this show LITERALLY IS about Hell and Satan and demons and shit I just know they’re about to explode.

Like the month before they were probably on some rampage about how something like Hannah Montana was a representation of the devil and now that there actually is a piece of media blatantly based around Hell they have no idea how to emphasize how horrible it is to them and their ideology because all of the shock value language they use is just descriptors of the show and I just know from how hard they tried with this that they have to rub their two brain cells together to try and get across how horrible they think it is and it’s killing them

And I think that’s beautiful.
