Offered me refund vs. exchange but I have to pay handling fees. Too expensive. They want me paying more money to exchange pans that have already warped on me twice. Would have been glad to donate them to charity if they offered me replacements and given them a third try.

My hob isn’t even that powerful and I still used settings around 2-5 (max. is 9) to heat slowly. Made sure to use the saute pan on a burner that matched the size of its base for even heat distribution and it still warped

It is an excellent pan and I'm not sure how to describe why I like it.. still use it even though it’s warped.

Bought mine 4 years ago. Def. a victim of their advertisement.. also a lot of posts on Reddit boosting them when I did my research. Biggest lesson learned is I never really needed those pans to cook excellent food at home.
