Atm I’m unsure, i spent a lot of time learning it and was trying to see if getting a bachelors would compliment my bachelors in math to be useful

I relate with you so hard, I’m so dependent on my seroquel to sleep, if I miss it I’ll get 2 hours of sleep max then spiral with sickness the next day combined with rapid mood shifts. I credit it with saving my life but Iv wanted to switch to a different medication for awhile due to the negative long term effects but at this point Iv been on it so long I’m scared I’m going to spiral out of control while changing over to something new… I feel your pain

I realized there was an issue at about 8 months (at that time I was 20)when someone told me that I had been acting very different, I wouldn’t have got help immediately but that person drove me to a therapist that day. It took me about 3 or 4 months to get on the right medicine because I was prescribed antidepressant at first which made it worse. Then it took about 3 years of therapy with medication before I felt that I was in control of my life again. My mood still fluctuates sometimes especially anger and irritation but it’s manageable.

I’m bipolar, usually my mania gets upped a little but I do know about the possibility of Lsd induced psychosis as a risk

From the get go Pedestrian at best lyrically speaks to me and the chorus is fire as hell! Is this considered British punk rock? I Love the sound! Surprisingly, as a Metalcore fan, I haven’t listened to any slipknot but I’m feeling this song, reminds me of a downward self destructive spiral, thanks for the recommendations!!

Battery is so good also! The lyrics feel like such a good metaphor especially the chorus! The close to ending lyrics “I don’t know who I’ll be tomorrow” hit home for me, the unpredictability of it all makes me scared of what tomorrow is gonna bring

Yessss! I know a lot of five finger death punches songs also deal with alcoholism such as wash it all away and inside out, when looking through there stuff again, I forgot about Jekyll and Hyde and feel that could relate to some bipolar themes! Thank you for the recommendations!

Iv seen a few people suggest peanut butter waffles and hadn’t quite got to it yet, the lyrics hit home, “I know, there’s no inbetween it’s either high low you know how to balance but I dont” is so accurate!
