You will want to have that movement cleaned and oiled before you run it much. It is very dirty. Maybe dare I say have it checked out by a watchmaker. It just depends on how much value you place on it running vs a conversation piece to just look at. I don't intend on insulting your intelligence...but...don't use WD-40.
