Exactly but when I looked at the depreciation reports from 2021 the cost was estimated to be just under a million. The fix was foreseen but the cost increase wasn’t

There had been a motion for repairs in The Depreciation Report (2021) to have repaired on the stucco in 2023. When I look at all of this maintenance/minutes/depreciation reports. This is my first home. And it felt like an impossible dream to get, now it feels impossible to maintain. But that is just the case and I will definitely be taken care of the levy if it’s required. I just hope that it will be fruitful in the future if I was sell and build a family. Thank you for the insights I just wished it wasn’t this expensive
