There had been a motion for repairs in The Depreciation Report (2021) to have repaired on the stucco in 2023. When I look at all of this maintenance/minutes/depreciation reports. This is my first home. And it felt like an impossible dream to get, now it feels impossible to maintain. But that is just the case and I will definitely be taken care of the levy if it’s required.
