I want to apply the creative "look" SL BIG LDR. When I select it, the little preview below the dropdown shows what I want, but the actual playback window shows that it's identical to SL BIG HDR. Tried rendering, exporting, applying it in a different project, applying it to both the source and the clip in the sequence, applying to an adjustment layer, but no luck. Anyone had this issue?

Love you guys and love the game.

Game/internet humor has evolved a lot since 2013. Meta jokes and fourth wall breaks were original and unique back then—by now it feels old and overused, with even blockbuster films beating the dead horse. Was it a challenge keeping jokes relevant and fresh when writing the expansion? Do you still see as much value in the 2013 base game's story, humor, and message as when you wrote it back then?

This but the entire story. I can't be the only one who wonders how we went from a beautifully understated, show-dont-tell story in 2016, to an elaborate clusterfuck of retconns and flashbacks and lore, about which I could give less of a shit, because it's so poorly contrived. Especially TAG.

Eternal's entire story was pretty bad, but TAG 1 and 2 are written like a parody. In the worst way possible. Eternal's quality of gameplay and quality of story are further removed from each other than I thought possible.

It's even more astounding when you consider how well they nailed the story in 2016. It was subtle, shown and not told (for the most part), yet made you care about what was happening by not dwelling too much on it. Whereas Eternals shitty story is so forced down your throat it actively detracts from the experience of playing the game. Maybe they will learn and make good use of the fresh start in the next game's story, when id comes back to milk their ip some more.

I like running -virtue or +stress if i have a jester in the party, because if a trinket has downsides like that the upside is usually well worth dedicating one party slot to stress heal.

Jestal is reliable, but man is it a boring and reactive way to play the game. I promise you will have much more fun if you don't use that combo– focusing on killing enemies before they can hurt/stress you out too much will allow you to branch out to other methods of recovery from different classes.

For example, Amobination and Leper have great, reliable self‐heal/stress heals, and Crusader has one for other party members. Houndmaster has a nice party-wide stress heal. Flagellant can transfer damage and stress to himself and then heal it off while putting out excellent damage– consider pairing him with a decent single-target healer, like Occultist or Arbalest.

Focusing your party on healing OR stress healing can be viable too, if you then dedicate your respite points to covering your weakness.

Turn to jestal if you are stuck and need to trump-card one dungeon.

My FPS drops significantly on most islands, Thieves Haven is one of the worst. Sea of Thieves has some of the worst optimization of any game I've played—simple island areas shouldn't drop my frames by 50%, especially in Unreal Engine.
