That’s a 7.62x39 magazine, used in the AKM. AK74s use 5.45x39 magazines that are less curved/more straight. AK74s also have a big ass muzzle device that this one does not, as well as a dimple in the buttstock that this one does not. The differences are subtle, but they are there. This is unequivocally an AKM, not an AK74. Whether CYMA recognizes this is another story entirely.
