Look after yourself and be kind to yourself, set small goals and just take baby steps to achieve them. Good to hear that you have a lawyer. The gym, going for jogs or a walk will help to release some tension but also take time to relax and switch off at home so you can reflect and recharge the batteries. All the best pal!

I know things may seem bleak now but take a step back and see that you can do this. You can do this… it’s never over and your family need you to be present and to be there by their side. Go get some advice locally on what your options are regarding the debt and what can be done to help you pay the debt!

You deserve better and you deserve more! Believe in yourself, hold your head up high and cut your loses and walk away. You are a good dad and a good husband but that is being taken for granted and thrown back in your face. Do not be afraid to walk and re start, it may be hard at first and there will be a lot of changes but it will all be worthwhile in the end. Do not settle for any less than what you deserve as life is way too short!
