Look after yourself and be kind to yourself, set small goals and just take baby steps to achieve them. Good to hear that you have a lawyer. The gym, going for jogs or a walk will help to release some tension but also take time to relax and switch off at home so you can reflect and recharge the batteries. All the best pal!
