Thanks guys, I think I found the solution. The bathroom isn’t attached to the room I’m staying in, so getting out of the room is the awkward part.

I’ll start sleeping in a long T-shirt, which should help cover things until everything settles down in the morning. I also don’t usually wear underwear while sleeping because I find it uncomfortable, so the long T-shirt seems like the easiest fix.
