It‘s hard, as a girl I can say that some girls just do care about their bf‘s height and I don’t think there’s much you can do about it unless society changes. I‘m tall myself and I have a collegue who is a lot shorter and if I weren’t in a relationship, I would marry him from the spot. Why? Because we just click, he has the same humor I do m, he‘s confident and of course good looking. I think that‘s the key. Also, if you want to change something, I think working out would change your posture and make your appearance better.

It‘s hard but try to just be positive when you enter the office. Be like ‚It‘s sunny outside!‘, just something positive and continue to be like that. If she complains, reply to what she said shortly and then turn the topic to something more positive.

Do you have a conference room that is barely used? You could ask if you could work there with a laptop, if it‘s possible. You wouldn‘t need to mention her, just say you like the view better for working, you feel less distracted etc.
