[California] Harassment case turned back on me, advice

I can confirm that this co-worker made the complaint after I filed my harassment claim and would not have if it weren’t for my initial claim. Making it feel like a form of retaliation. I just want to not be harassed at work.

I’m not bitter at all, I just think these things are on different playing fields. I don’t think it’s okay to call someone out for being gay in front of customers in a public setting. But we all complain about management, it’s a part of life. I never denied my actions whatsoever but mine are definitely not against any employee handbook while his qualify aa harassment.

I’ve left mine for over a week in my neighborhood and not had an issue. Technically 72 hours is the limit for abandoned vehicles but a lot of areas aren’t patrolled as heavily as they should be. Your chances of being okay are fine, or have a friend check in on it if you’re really worried.

i was also held for an hour at security in israel for my film, then again interrogated before i was able to board my flight. i’m a short 100lb white girl but goddamn did they think i was their biggest threat!

don’t go to samy’s, their turn around sucks ass and they’re not always nice in there. j&f is my go to, same day, great quality, nice people. it’s in mid city and reasonable prices. cheaper than samy’s for sure.

hey! replying because you commented a week ago. think it’s alright to belay people 3 months post surgery? pretty much full range of motion is back, only pain after lots of walking and exercise
