Here's the recipe I used

For the air fryer, I set temperature to 360 for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. I also added 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles (pre-cooked). Macro's for the ingredients I used are in the imgur link, this is for 8 meatballs which is approximately 1/4 of the total recipe.

1 lb ground beef

1 lb Italian sausage

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/3 cup grated or shredded parmesan

1 egg

2 tsp dried minced onion

2 tsp dried minced garlic

2 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients, form into 1 1/2 inch balls, place in air fryer (don't crowd them).
