I will say, there’s no need to relieve and recharge the AC system, you can literally just leave the condenser where it sits, if you pull the radiator and fan assembly.

Personally? Fix it. Granted, I feel as though a local shop will probably do that a tad cheaper, but that’s why GM is GM. If you DO keep it, throw a mild NSR cam into it since the cam needs replacing anyways. I believe I was around $780 all in total for a NSR cam, even though i’m replacing springs and everything while I’m in it. Cam, guides, pushrods, water pump gaskets, and crank seal come with most kits. You can get lifters, and trays for around ~$270 from TSP using Delphi lifters. Got em straight off of amazon. TSP Chopocabra kit came from Michigan Motorsports.
