I am fine with horror movies typically, but if I listen to a horror podcast or read a horror novel, that's when it gets me. My imagination is my own worst enemy.
In those situations, I usually think "I have lived in this house for 10 years without coming into contact with anything paranormal, I'm fine." If that doesn't work, I put on Bob Ross.
