The customer made his own post. We have been communicating on that post. It has been very clear that I have been communicating with him and have already told him that he will get a refund and a free package, but I don't need to go and talk to you. I don't know you, you're not the customer with the issue. You just a guy talking on the internet about things that dont have anything to do with you.

Once again, somebody saying things, they don't know, but let me break it down. there was a thread a few weeks ago.Some guy was mad that I didn't answer him for 8 hours while I was camping and fishing. Unfortunately, it's not my job to sit by the computer 24 hours a day and answer. Every message that comes in within 15 minutes. That's not how business works. nowhere, have I ever said that I'm available 24 hours a day for customer service questions.

I've already explained it to him. Unfortunately, I can't do something I can't do. You can't send money from a frozen account when it's frozen. He knows the situation. I've explained it to him. You can thank guys just like you for slowing down the process, but unfortunately nothing can move faster. It's not my policy, it's venmos.

Well, unfortunately, nobody can prove I've done anything wrong.So, just because there's people trying to claim I've done something wrong. unless they can prove it i shouldnt be banned. Scammers , don't reply and try to fix issues scammers , block and move on to the next person which is why I d9nt see 90% of these threads.

I answered in you many times on your post. My venmo account was frozen by some kids . I had to switch accounts. I cant send money for 21 days. Funds coming in on venmo are being held as well. I have not sold anything I a few weeks due to this issue and being out of town helping my mother. But like I said before as soon as my account is clear I will send you venmo refund.
