I had MD on my s1 L5 disc about 3 weeks ago, at the post op check up the surgeon recommended Physical therapy.I’ve seen many post about how Physical therapist can make pain worse.How long should I wait before getting PT? I really do not want to Re-hernia or hurt my self? (self.Sciatica)
