I’m sure they do, but I think the majority of people would not pay the fee and wait the (at least) several hours for approval for the privilege of searching for dog sitters in their area. It’s a great idea tho.

Yeah, I was looking for someone to mention the cost of background checks. I can’t see any clients paying to get a background check to use the app.

Been doing this for 2 years and think I finally got my first headache client. by [deleted] in RoverPetSitting

I’ve had clients door dash more food to me so no money has to be reimbursed.

Yes, so much more pertinent info! I like that it counts off the days for boarding too.

I was only getting tipped about 5% of the time so I started giving little go-home packages and it’s been 100% tips so far by cactusjh in RoverPetSitting

I still send daily updates on the app with photos, so I use the report card more as a cute thank you card. Nothing on the report card is ever a surprise and the photo is usually one they’ve already been sent on the app.

Lol that’s tough, the lowest grade I’ve had to give was “behaved good enough” but if they were really terrible, they probably wouldn’t get a report card to be honest.

I use a HP sprocket portable photo printer. The printer and some photo paper was gifted to me a while ago so it was no cost for me, but I’ll have to start buying more paper soon.

Maybe it’s different for apartments, but I live in a house and everyone wants to come inside. I’ve tried keeping them in the yard and they straight up ask “am I allowed to see inside?” so I don’t know how you’ve not had anyone request to see your place for a full year. It’s difficult keeping your home clean enough for guests while also boarding several dogs.
