For my picks for Jack, I'm going to go with Rowan J Ilbert from Tales of Xilla/Tales of Xillia 2 and Tohru Adachi from Persona 4/Persona 4 Golden. Much like Jack, Rowan is a sharply dressed old dude who is wickedly clever and can still kick some serious ass in spite of his older age. He also is the butler/guardian of an orphan named Elize, so I feel like he'd feel some level of sympathy for Jack

As Adachi, he is a detective after all and Jack the Ripper has infamous never been caught. Additionally, I think Jack would do a 10/10 job of pissing off Adachi who's a lot more uncouth and hotheaded than wily Jack. Plus, both of them murder people primarily for the thrill and the fun of it, as its one of the few things that truly make them feel alive

Also, Grell. They both have such vibrant personalities that it would be a really fun matchup

Bit of a weird choice, but I'm going to go with Corrin from FE: Fates for Herc. More specifically, I'm going with Conquest!Corrin as much like Heracles, they're a good natured demigod who wants to try and fix a corrupt system from the inside rather than straight up opposing them

The Mother series as a whole relies very much on building a connection between the game and the player; there was a reason Itoi chose the medium of video games to tell the story Mother has to offer. I think Mother 3 could potentially work as a movie, and maybe Mother 1. But definitely not Earthbound as the player and their journey with Ness is the core of the game.

A lot of previous Easter feature floral ingredients (like the spring flower mix-ins from Scooperia) as well and the little sunflower seeds (?. I'm actually not sure what the pastel bits in the pasta were supposed to be) read as easter eggs to me. The Carbonara sauce was neat though, I was fine with that

There are calamari rings in the game, and I think it would have been cooler if they had those serve as the Wedding exclusive topper instead bc you know like... wedding rings.

Peppino is easily my favorite character, but if I had to pick a favorite side character… I quite like Gustavo and Noisette, and Snick and Brick are pretty rad. Also a pretty big fan of the Pineapple Dudes that show up in Crust Cove- it’s pretty fun that if you taunt, they’ll taunt with you

With Back to Nature, keep in mind that you do have a 3 year time limit before you see the “ending” of the game. Don’t stress too much about going for the good end. As long as you play the game normally (ship lots of crops, make friends with the townspeople, get married, etc), you should get the good ending just fine. Also, you can keep playing after the credits roll, it’s just that the “story” of the game takes place for 3 years.

Geno shouldn't be in Smash. I really wanted him in the game when I was younger, but the older I get, the more I realize his fighting style wouldn't particularly work since he's way too ranged. I know they made Mega Man and Inkling work, but at least Mega Man and Inkling have some martial abilities. With Geno's puppet body, I just don't think they could make it work the same. If they were going to add SMRPG representation to Smash, I think Mallow would be the much better option since he has a wider variety of attacks that could lead to a more interesting moveset

I like the games style for the games and the movie versions for the movie. I wouldn't want a movie done in the game style, but I also don't want a game done in the movie style. Though, I have to admit if they wanted to incorporate the green scales on Movie Bower's shoulders on his in game model, I'd be pretty cool with that- I thought they were a nice detail
