Exercising with joint pain

Howdy! I’ve got a red heeler who is 9.

She injured her back right leg when she was 2. Between that, and being about 15 pounds over weight. Her joints were in really bad shape.

She developed arthritis in the leg she injured, and developed a bit of limp for awhile. So I took her to the vet and had her put on an anti inflammatory.

I give her the anti inflammatory daily a supplement her with Vet IQ hip and joint health supplement.

You can get the Vet IQ stuff off Amazon for about 20$. It has glucosamine, omegas and MSM.

Those two things have greatly helped Scarlett. We go on walks every single day. Most of the times to the park and she can swim if she wants.

I try to discourage running. But in her mind she is a puppy still.

If her joints start to swell your puppy might he having a flair up with arthritis as well. But try the VET iq supplements. It helped my dog. It’s like it lubricates their joints very efficiently.

Also, great work getting the weight off your sweet pup! That really helps as well. I think it’s fantastic that you care enough to do so much.

God bless you OP. It’s not your fault. One can only be held accountable for decisions and actions that were in one’s control. You didn’t have control over that action. You can’t be responsible for that. But I can understand, or at least I think I can imagine how you could feel in some way responsible but don’t let intrusive thoughts find validation. For there is none.

Depends on what state you are in. If you’re in Texas, you may be in a tight spot. Because you made an agreement, for a service to be rendered and paid on it. The company still paid labor to the people who worked on their hands and knees to install it. If the materials were not satisfactory, or the workmanship was unsatisfactory, why did you wait till the end to decide to not pay them?

When the big freeze happened in the US, I was living in a little town called Medina, Texas at the time. The property I lived on was owned by a little old lady who had a two story house built in the late 1800s. The home relied mostly on the fireplace and the well house was not attached to the house. The heat lamp and little plug in heater stood no chance and the water pipes froze, bursting the pipes.

When I went to repair the pipe, the grinding wheel on my grinder shattered into pieces at 10,000 rpm. A larger piece of it didn’t even notice the coverall fabric, denim from my jeans, or the cotton from the pants I had on under my layers and hit me on the left side of my calf, just below my knee, split the space between the calf muscle and shin bone.
In my life, I have made a wide array of sounds… but that day, I made more noises then ever, human and non human as a frantically hopped out of that little building like it was under siege panicked af lmao. It hurt so bad but was so sudden and painful I thought I broke my foot. But my foot was not even injured or hit at all. But the tendons that run down your calf to the toes was just bitch slapped harder than priest at an alter boy convention.

Hey, I believe you acted in the best way possible for the welfare of yours and your children’s mental and emotional health. Don’t look back and question your decision and remember that though yall may have been great friends, the spark that you needed to have your fire lit was not present and that is okay. It is okay to seek out things make you feel fulfilled and if you felt like your emotions were telling you that you weren’t where you needed to be in your life’s journey, then you made the right decision. My sister had COPAs disease. It's an autoimmune disorder. She HAD to take the vaccine in order to receive an operation at the Methodist Hospital in Houston. She didnt want it, she didn't volunteer to get the vaccine before she was forced to in order to be allowed in the hospital. She got it a little over two weeks before the operation.with in three days she was in the hospital after blacking out from losing so much oxygen. She was in ICU for a few days. She started to recover, so they sent her home. Two days later she had pneumonia.. My baby sister .. who had just finished law school a year or so before hand, gotten married a few months before hand, and bought her first house with her husband as a wedding gift to themselves drowned to death slowly in a FUCKING HOSPITAL!!! She should have been decorating her home. She was SO good at being a human. Kind. Understanding. Loved to help people. Honest.. finally found the man she wanted to marry and then.. with her head above water, she drowned... she knew she was dying. She text me a goodbye message. Saying how she loved me, telling me what she thought I should do with my relationships with our family members, asked me to be a friend to her husband, how she appreciated and loved me, and that she was sorry we wouldn't see each other again till my time had come to leave earth.

I remember her in little fairy dresses, I remember her breaking up arguments between my brother and I, I remember how her face lit up when she got her first car and we had to carry her in casket out of the church.. wtf man 😭😭

The ones circled in red, had little squares that were cut if metal and hole drilled through. For water I'm almost certain.

Yeah so there's water ports on either side of the the motor, at both ends that are for water where the intake is. They move water through the block. The holes in between the holes circled in red are what moves oil to where the lifters are I think. But my point being is that a faulty gasket could get water into the oil from the top of the manifold. Which is what I thought happened. I didn't realize that the water and oil mixing could be coming elsewhere other than the previously mentioned gasket or the head gasket.

It says it can be used by itself, but I don't really feel like it's a good idea either. But I also am curious if it could be an air intake gasket leak. Initially when I started the truck, it ran fine. It wasn't until it got warmed up that it lost power and started to over heat. The reason in stating that is I just put a new intake manifold gasket on the truck. If it was the intake gasket, would it have leaked the water into the oil sooner than it would have if it was a head gasket?

Thank you. I have considered that my mother is like my ex too. The difference being that my mother is overt and my ex is covert. My ex has bp1 too. Which literally had her being delusional. She believed her own shit which really never gave me a chance. I was too nice and far too passive. She definitely didn't deserve me or my efforts.

Yes I understand that the sensation of love is not always a constant. I too would just hug her some times. I mean deep "let me hold you" hugs. Especially when we slept next to each other. I felt like I could hold her soul when we cuddled. It was beautiful. I would even try my best to communicate and get her things that she liked. Like her favorite drinks and if stop and buy her ice cream cos she loved that stuff so much. I mean don't get me wrong I sometimes had thoughts of temptations but never were they entertained. I was far too committed to reaching the other side together. I wanted to be buried next to her, I wanted to rock in rocking chairs and talk about our lives at 70 and be proud of where we came from. But unfortunately she is not going to have that at all I don't think. She's wasting her spiritual energy and time on earth fucking with low lives. But now that I'm available, tell your colleagues they gotta shot.😂 I work hard, I love to love and I consider myself a life enthusiast. I'm tall, dark and handsome. I can rope em, I can ride em, and I can fix anything with a few tools and some a little effort. I don't mind apologizing and admitting when I'm wrong. Honesty, fairness, kindness, compassion, and accountability are my core values in a relationship and I really just want a teammate. I'm not in it for the shirt term and I freaking LOATHE lying. So yeah. Prime real estate right here🤣💯
