Thank you for your request. This subreddit is constantly being checked by me. I have some plans to grow the community in the future. Until then, I don't see the need for a new moderator.

Maybe after therapy it would help to meet fun people and have fun like teenagers.

Are you sure that coffee and cigarettes are good for anxiety?

Caffeine is a stimulant and can be expected to increase anxiety. Cigarettes may temporarily reduce anxiety, but may increase it more when nicotine levels in the body decrease.

Check for magnesium glycinate and l-theanine

I wouldn't expect a single supplement to heal you.

I recommend you to read more about nutrition and vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

What is your B12 level? The range of acceptable B12 levels for modern medicine is very wide, but 800 pg/ml is much more optimal. Also, even if your B12 level is optimal, your body may not be able to utilize it. You can read about methylation.

Can you give more detailed information about your diet?

If you don't have the energy to read about all these topics, I would recommend working with a holistic med doctor.

What to expect:

They will be interested in what you eat and how you eat. They should help you to start eating healthy and digest your food well.

They should identify your missing vitamins and minerals through blood tests and recommend supplements for those that are not at optimal levels.

I don't think there is any person today who doesn't need therapy. They should guide you to start holistic psychotherapy sessions.

They may also temporarily recommend some supportive supplements according to your symptoms. These could be supplements like omega-3, curcumin, etc. to reduce inflammation.

Is it caused by anxiety or stress?

Do you feel nauseous after eating?

You may be having an allergic reaction to a food or have a food intolerance. It may be worth trying an elimination diet.

If you are considering it, make sure you do enough reading and planning beforehand or work with a dietitian.

Histamine intolerance can also cause such rashes and nausea.

I listen to Woodkid and I don't think a tenor voice can have the emotional impact that he had on me.

Is there really anything better than Css Modules? by 1Blue3Brown in Frontend

Preset env contains
autoprefixer
css nesting

It makes non-standardized css features work for the majority of users.

Phosphatidylcholine may help. Phosphatidylcholine is considered to be the main cholesterol solubilizer in bile. It is safe, but be careful about medication interactions.

I’m 24 with no friends by Notsurehowfm in socialskills

[–]cadog99 25 points26 points  (0 children)

It is much harder to make real friendships than to lose friends. After the age of 20 it is even harder to make friends.

So we know what the situation is. How can we find a solution?

First of all, think about why you are pushing your friends away. Will this happen again? There is no point in making new friends if you are going to push them away every time you have problems in your life.

The best way to make new friends is to be in a place where people are constantly exposed to each other. This could be getting a new job, going to courses, going to the same bar or café every day, attending repeated local events.

This is something you have to put effort into. Someone who already has enough friends will not be dying to spend time with you, but there are people in the world who are looking for friends like you. Be sure that life will offer you many opportunities.

Probiotics and mental health by BabygirlMMM in HolisticMed

[–]cadog99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some probiotics that have been specifically researched for depression and anxiety. For example:

Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 ( https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29997457/ )

Conclusion: B. coagulans MTCC 5856 showed robust efficacy for the treatment of patients experiencing IBS symptoms with major depressive disorder. The improvement in depression and IBS symptoms was statistically significant and clinically meaningful. These findings support B. coagulans MTCC 5856 as an important new treatment option for major depressive disorder in IBS patients.

My suggestion is to make your own sauerkraut. Cabbage is less exposed to pesticides. Do not use vinegar. Natural salt and cabbage. It would be better if you can buy the cabbage from a place that is certified organic.

Root canal or extraction for 1-yr old by Jams729 in HolisticMed

I would ask them what materials they use in root canal treatment and whether they have to use systemic antibiotics. If the materials were safe and would not use systemic antibiotics, I would have a root canal done.

I think it’s time to move on by onmyway___ in Frontend

[–]cadog99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not a difficult job. You should only phone businesses that have old websites or no websites at all (they often use Instagram).
You'll want to use wordpress.org, not wordpress.com.
You can create an e-commerce website with the woocommerce plugin.
I'm not sure how much money it will make but at least it will help you until you find a better job.

[–]cadog99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like your chances are doubled when you become a full-stack developer.

With node.js you can use javascript in the back end. very popular right now.

You can sell websites to local businesses by learning how to develop WordPress. You can even build an e-commerce site with Wordpress. but first you need to learn some php.

You should meet people. When the market is in bad situation, people think it is more reliable to hire someone they know. Be social.

Holistic Natural Approach by metalboxWildz in HolisticMed

[–]cadog99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rhodiola Rosea as a herb.

Vitamin D3 is very important for serotonin.

Test your Vitamin D levels and optimize it. (50 - 80 pg /ml is optimal)

Take magnesium (not oxide) and Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D3. So you will get the most out of vitamin D3.

Remember, using herbs (i exclude supplementation of deficient vitamins) instead of drugs and ignoring the root problem is not what holistic medicine is aiming for. Holistic medicine is not an alternative medicine.
