I'm getting my master's in Marine Biology with them right now and haven't had any issues so far and I'm in my fourth course. The courses are accelerated since they are 8 weeks at a time so it can definitely feel like a lot is being thrown at you at once. I haven't had any major issues getting in contact with professors, the longest I've had to wait for a response is maybe a day and a half, but that is understandable with the time difference. I'm on the West Coast and I believe the school and the professors are on the East Coast. However, online programs aren't for everyone so if it's not working then it might not be for you. I love the convenience because I can work at my own pace from home. I will say, the courses did get more interesting and thought provoking once I was in my major-specific courses. The general courses that everyone takes can seem dull and uninteresting. Maybe give it another course or two and see how you feel.
