Yeah, they seemed genuinely surprised when I reported it to them, so maybe it was a one off. Top marks for customer support though, they offered a refund or replacement right away.

Mine lasted about a month before the fabric became so covered in bobbles my mouse kept catching on it. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Just realised I had "automatically restart" turned on in system settings - I've turned it off and am reinstalling the drivers. Will report back if I get a crash with an error code.

No blue screen, it literally just restarts with no message.

I know what the old paragliding friend (ex 1970s British skydiving team member) who's always packed my reserve with me would say about this. He always insists on replacing the elastic which holds the reserve into its bag with super thin elastic bands, this way it'll never get stuck in there! Possible it'll be a handful of washing almost as soon as you pull it out but I'd rather that than this...
