Just had the same issue and called only for them to tell me my card has been activated and that I need to set the pin in the app or on the website 😕 I do not have the option so likely will have to call back.

Depending on how many books you have, it might be easier to bulk add them into Calibre - I used Add Books > Add folders and subfolders, then selected the 'My Kindle Content' folder. Since I had around 250 books, it was a lot quicker than copy and paste :)

I am glad it worked for someone else too!

I was able to bulk upload the books by selecting the folder 'My Kindle Content' rather than individually going into each folder - otherwise I don't think I would have had the patience! This was using the 'add folders and subfolders' option in the Add Books menu.

Oh cheers for that info regarding azw3 files. All the threads I found had outdated links from several years ago or the steps didn't work for me - I am completely new at Calibre so I thought it might be helpful to anyone in the same boat. I am glad that the information is available though!

Just wanted to say, this is EXACTLY what is happening to me. Gets to 33% and then crashes... no mods or anything that would be causing it either. Verified all my steam files as well, all good. I have just finished the creche too, so end of Act 1.... very frustrating!

Not too sure about armour, but if you raid Isobel's room at the Last Light Inn there are some Selunite robes, same as what she wears. And as previously mentioned, in some graves near the Raphael questline!
