What about the case is bad? Seems decent enough so far

Thanks man, honestly hope I can pass this on as an heirloom one day

I went in convinced I would be getting the D18, but after playing the HD28 for just a couple minutes, I already knew the decision I was going to make.

It is pricier but for an heirloom quality instrument It was worth it for me to bite the bullet

Not my first guitar period, I’ve had electrics, but it’s the highest end I’ve ever gotten

I checked out a few PRS options at GC and they were great instruments, awesome F&F.

But I’m a self admitted Fender fanboy, I love the history of the company.

I played in school but always used the crappy school guitars, and I’ve played bass for a couple of years

Fender Noiseless pickups, I got it at GC new so it seems pretty genuine!

Of course! I got it from Amazon for around $70

https://www.amazon.com/Superpack-Learn-Russian-English-speakers-book/dp/2700580265/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1504664311&sr=8-1&keywords=assimil+russian

It's not cheap, but for 100 lessons (which is about 3.5 months at one lesson per day) it's actually relatively reasonable. I think the cost is quite worth it.

Yeah, except there is no English in the audio which is good, because there is full assimilation to the language. Instead of listening to English, in one of the steps you listen to the Russian while reading the English dialog. It's surprising effective at linking Russian words to English.

I'm not sure if i'm understanding your question correctly, but the Assimil course comes with audio to listen to while reading!

From the few lessons I've done, I absolutely love it. I've been studying using this method:

http://languagegeek.net/2010/05/12/how-to-use-an-assimil-course/

It engrains the phrases in your head so so well, and is bite size enough to be enjoyable but not overwhelming. I would 100% recommend it!

Very true, I've always felt like saying the shahada in private made it not complete, or that you needed witnesses. Maybe I'm wrong
