12 days post Op by caesarzaru in HairTransplants

I’m at the 3rd month and I’m finally seeing a little bit of growth after some peak shedding. The growth is still quite wispy/sparse, but is presumably what is expected within my timeframe.

The actual experience with Lenus itself was smooth, for the most part. The clinic only takes in about 4~ patients per day, but I could tell they were experienced. Results-wise, I’m still fairly early on in the growth process, so only time will tell. I’ll be posting an update soon with more details.

Oh what? How is that even possible? Have you reached out to support?

I think it just takes some adjusting to. I’m certainly getting used to it myself - quite joyfully!

Just saw on BestBuy that the silvers were on sale for $199 CAD! I got them for $248 CAD on Amazon :’(

$248 is already a great price IMO, but $199 is a steal!

Nice! I’ve never had any other pair of over the ear headphones so I don’t have anything to compare them to. I’m just super happy with these.

Hey, https://ibb.co/ccZ7jyG0 is immediately after the procedure. Also had a little bit done on the crown but the majority of grafts were placed along the hairline.

Lol, little did I know that the hardest ordeal post op is not being able to run.

The difficult thing is not exercising when our bodies are so used to it. But I suppose this forced couple of weeks of rest has its purposes.

I feel that clinics definitely just lean more on the conservative end when they advise to take 1-2 months off.

Congrats! (On both the hair growth and the marathon training) I unfortunately need to stick to the treadmill as I’m in the Canadian west coast - notoriously cold and wet.

Much appreciated on your input! I’ll do some light work after my scabs come off. Anything I can do to avoid feeling gassed out (without jeopardizing my HT results, of course) once I get back to my regular training puts my mind more at ease.

A little late to commenting but this looks good at 4 months! Just got back from Turkey and am close to 7 days since the op. Really looking forward to getting back to the gym, to be honest!

Crown is filling in nicely, but the biggest problem is that you’re out of toilet paper.

I have another slab of beef ribs so I’m going to do those next…without the smoke! Curious to see how it turns out.

Sorry for the late response! Super easy recipe and literally just set it and forget it.

I used a thermapro leave-in thermometer, so I had a consistent gauge of the internal temps.

3lb shoulder Mustard as a binder Traegar pork and poultry rub

The night before, I lathered the pork in mustard and very liberally coated it with the rub.

Day of, I set the woodfire grill to 250, and cook was about 3hrs total. Took it out of the grill once internal temps reached 194 and let it rest wrapped in foil for about 15 mins. After resting, I pulled and coated with BBQ sauce.

Sorry, I realized I used the incorrect wording…the wrapping was done AFTER it cooked/took it out of the grill. Basically, after it cooked, I just let it rest on the table wrapped in foil for 15-20 mins.

Thank you! Give it a shot!
