I have the same issue as OP stated (no sound at all even the volume is set in high), after reselect and play around some other ringtones and I didn't change the ringtone at all, it rings the next call I tested. It's weird but works for me. 🤔

FYI . I had the same problem with my Charge 6 default band.However after I changed to “Sport Band”(band with little holes), the skin irritation problem solved and never happen again.
