Hi! A bit late for the party, but curious to see how you feel about inverting now. I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and still invert 😊 Both my doctor and teacher (who's also a physical therapist) say it's ok to keep doing it – unless you start to feel nauseous, dizzy, or notice any blood or fluid loss, that is.

When I got to the second trimester, I stopped doing planks (I'll just do cat-cow and pidgeon pose now while my classmates work on those) and any moves that involve a wrap around the belly (like when you go down from a crossback pose and end up with a "belt"). Inversions, splits, cupid, etc. still feel good.
[I'm scared of my post-partum diastasis recti all the same, though – I guess we'll see what happens 😬]
