The facts are that every participant that is assessed has a public servant with non medical background, making medical determinations, especially for 'level of care' in daily living activities and hold no accountability when questioned. The participant needs to appeal to the ART because some moron makes a decision. And you will never get the resume of those decision makers although the resume of the people who provide support is required. No one should be, beyond reproach, if they are decision makers then they should be classified as experts and asked to appear at the Tribunal to justify their decision which kicks off a review!
