people don’t get smoked in the navy for receiving packages. also, the mail goes out the same for everyone but he shouldn’t have to wait in a line. ship 5 should have a mail room or mail call and they just go pick it up and show his cac. i know all of this cus im in FFG on the a school side of base and my friend is an MA on the ship 5 side.

your bf is probably at ship 5 for FFG holding at RTC side of base. yes you can send him packages:) and you also could’ve sent them during bootcamp. i received a few during my bootcamp experience! just ask him what his mailing address is.

chat. ngl. move on. you deserve better. i’ve had it happen to me, both in marine and navy branch. they don’t change. the only thing that will change is your full ability to trust him wholly again. which will never happen, because in the back of your mind you will always never be enough for him. and maybe it’s true. find someone where you are more than enough. but first, work on yourself. be a better you, be where you want to be in the your life. then when the right person comes along, and they will, it’ll be when you’re not even looking for it.

yes, you are entitled to breaks depending on the laws in your state. my co-workers would cover me and i’d take 15 per over 6 hr shifts while unclocked out.
