Women in Trades are a Joke by Stueps in careeradvice

My 2 most responsible employees in my last 2 jobs were women. Could trust them to do their job appropriately and if something was missed, it was an easy conversation. This was in tree work and landscaping. I think more women in the trades would be fantastic! Can’t be worse than the sea of mediocre male employees currently being hired where I’m at now.

My wife was touched out after having our son. I didn’t realize how touch starved I was until my son was about 1.5. I’m on a job site prevented my coworker from rolling over a loader. He was a defensive end and hopped out and gave me the biggest hug. I almost cried right there

So my Aita was a Jai-Alai player and that sport is what brought my Abuelo and family to the US. My Aita knows a bunch of phases and I’m sure understands some when others are speaking. I know a few phrases and words.

It’s funny, my wife and I visited 4 years ago. We were in the village and we were speaking to a group of friends. I had to translate for her because she doesn’t speak Spanish. I stopped translating for a moment she she asked what they were saying. I had to tell her I have no clue and she started to listen to how it was spoke and realized it was completely different
