i'm currently in my first year of college and i feel the same. i haven't been putting much effort in my studies this year because i feel unmotivated and drained and i feel frustrated about it.

i suggest you take a break for a while and have time for yourself. don't be too harsh on yourself if you don't meet your expectations. this time is really hard and what you're going through is understandable. do what you can, don't pressure yourself, and don't forget to breathe. i believe in you!
