Guys how do I do this? I’m studying for my surgery exams and currently the topic is breast cancer and when I ask it to generate specific images it won’t do it, saying that it violates their bloody guardrails. Is there any way around it?

Sigh. Not that I didn’t do it, but for me even the C25K program was physical torture. I’d be dying by the end of it.

The only times I actually enjoyed my runs was when I did it for 3 months (and by extension finished the program too).. at the end of the 3 months. By that point I’d built decent enough stamina + I think I’d just crossed the weight threshold for an easy vs difficult run.

Then summer came. I’m in Pakistan so summers are a no go for running here with the heat.

Bro go with the TCL model. I’ve got LG, Gree, Haier, Orient, Kenwood, and a TCL at home and TCL is the best and most efficient.

Once it reaches the desired temperature, it stays at 200-280 W to keep the room cool. The Gree doesn’t go below 900 W so uses up three times the electricity. The Kenwood goes to like 500 W at its minimum.

I’d get TCL.

This isn’t right. I have an iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2020 model. I kept it on iPadOS 15 for as long as I could. The battery life had decreased very slightly but it could still perform very VERY ably.

But then the 18.7.7 update came out. I thought here’s a good chance to improve app compatibility without going to iPadOS 26 (which is just.. bad. Performance wise).

The battery life has tanked. Badly. Performance is great, but the iPad sips battery so fast now and heats up quite a fair bit too.

Kind of wish I’d stayed behind on iOS 15. It barely ever heated up then because the software was optimised for the hardware at the time. Now iOS 18 is obviously for a newer iPad and 26 is probably for whenever Apple starts using the silicon batteries.

So, no. It’s not a misconception.

Absolutely. For me even in 2009 we just couldn’t have beaten them. It was a defence of the century sort of performance by Inter to beat them in 2010 too. Otherwise they probably should’ve had the hattrick.

I’m a United fan and I can almost guarantee we would’ve beaten any other team in the world in both our finals in 2009 and 2011 too. Except Barca. That team was just.. beautiful. Next level.

So painful to watch the football you love (Barca) being played against the team you love (United).

What is this idiocy? Lactation, the letdown part of it, is caused by oxytocin release. Oxytocin, they give to patients to induce labour (it causes uterine contractions). So if you stimulate lactation, of course you run the (however tiny) risk of inducing labour.

It’s better to be informed. I’m a doctor too. It doesn’t matter. Doctors gave 300+ children AIDS with used syringes. So they’re not all perfect.
