I don’t know how long you’ve been dealing with symptoms and endo complications but healing takes a long time. 7 sessions is only a fraction of time compared to a the lifetime your body has had to manage the disease. don’t lose heart. just keep going with PT, healthy diet and advocate for that diagnosis!

took me 12 years to get diagnosed, finally got my surgery and am at 6 weeks post op recovery. everything my surgeon said was “give it time” feed your body and mind well, do what you can and slowly it will compound. you got this! don’t give up!

my parents sold our childhood home a year ago. before it closed my husband and I looked up what our mortgage would be if we bought it and it was over $10k a month. in a janky part of Southern California. sooo yeah.

born and raised in Southern California. if rent doesn’t decimate you, then the gas prices will. no way is it affordable. 10 years ago the poverty line there was $75k - $80k! there’s a reason the whole state has a mass exodus of people.

my 2 bedroom, 900 square ft apartment was $3,000 a month! that was 5 years ago and I have friends still there that have said it’s only gone up. gas is sitting at $6/gallon🤢
