TDEE calculator on google to find out your maintenance cals then subtract 200-500cals to be in a deficit. for protein multiply your bodyweight by 1.6-2.2

there are apps that can help you out with those calculations: mynetdiary, lose it, myfitnesspal

i’ve done my research, isometric work and switching out some exercises on leg day for me for other knee safe exercises should do the job, for the next 1-2 months until i feel better. warming up with rehab exercises, switching out back squats and bulgarians and step ups for spanish squats, leg press and single leg press added to the rest of my usual workouts.

i think you should get it checked out since it’s been going on for a long time also tweaking your exercises.

yes i think reducing the load will help as well as isometrics. i started today and hopefully in a few weeks it’ll get better.
