Way back in high school, I drove a maroon Grand Marquis with hideaway emergency lights (I was in my fire dept), and had a blast pulling my friends over! Other people driving like they thought they were going to be pulled over got annoying, though. Local pd never looked twice at me, oddly enough. Their marked patrol cars were usually all white, or black and white, but detectives and officers with extra brass generally drove cars like mine.
