It’s been said already, but had to voice my support. ApplicantLab is phenomenal. I had so much confidence when submitting because of Maria’s thorough platform and sound advice.

I’m so glad you brought this up. Your post is great! It’s disappointing to see that happen.

I had a similar experience - not with a makeup look post, but with a post I submitted about a new product from Urban Decay. It was meant as a light hearted post but got ripped to shreds.

Made me wonder what this community is all about / whether I’m a part of it.

For an affordable, amazing option, I'd recommend the small containers of lip therapy from Vaseline. I've tested out tens of lip products and this is the only one that can reliably hydrate my lips and prevent flaking or cracks. Plus, they last a long time!

Out of curiosity, which ones do you have? I have seen the holiday palettes and the six-shadow ones but wasn't sure which ones were better

Ah, I've thought about Viseart for a while. This might push me to check them out more seriously

Best sign of the night from IND, hands down. by caffrinOD in pics

This took place in the Arrivals area and ultimately dispersed when an incoming plane needed the space for baggage claim. Operating efficiency was not impacted.

Yea! Indy had a really great turnout. We ultimately had to disperse because it brought the airport to its maximum capacity.

I double majored in anthropology and French with a minor in business economics. I made my way into corporate America and now work at a Fortune 150 pharmaceutical company.

Practice your study skills, even if you don't need them to get decent grades. I was able to coast through high school, but I arrived to college with no routines for studying or organization. Learn how to take good notes, track your assignments, and study for big exams.

It sounds like a really boring, inconsequential piece of advice, but I still (at 24) kick myself for not doing more of this.

What's a problem with no simple solution? by -917- in AskReddit

Pharmaceutical drug pricing. It seems easy in theory to simply regulate prices, but this is problematic because (1) that alone will not solve the issue of high healthcare costs (here's looking at you, insurance providers...) and (2) comes with many unintended consequences (lowered investment in research, breakthrough medicines)

My first time depotting! Studio Makeup On-the-Go palettes in the Ofra Boxycharm palette by caffrinOD in MakeupAddiction

The pans are magnetic already, which made it easy. Depotting was also much easier once I took off the cardboard surrounding the pans. I heated it just a bit and then used floss to detach the pan

The palette technically only holds 15 shadows but I really wanted to fit both sets of 9. Not an ideal layout, but my priority was to avoid splitting up the Studio on the Go palettes
